How to Become a Master Diver with the United States Navy

The United States Navy master diver is the highest level in the diving industry. The most experienced, knowledgeable and trained enlisted person in the diving and underwater rescue industries is this master diver. You must have at minimum 15 years of diving experience and have successfully completed a specialization course to be considered master diver. In the United States Navy, you can earn your master diver status by taking a specialization course.

PADI Master Scuba Diver

The PADI Master Scuba Diver scuba certification is a recognized level of scuba diving expertise. It is offered by several North American divers training agencies, such as the National Association of Underwater Instructors. The Professional Association of Diving Instructors. Scuba Schools International. and the Professional Scuba Diver Association. It is considered to be the most advanced level possible of diver certification. The course requires that you dive at least 30 feet below water.

NAUI Master Scuba Diver

The NAUI Master Scuba Diver Course might be for you if your goal is to improve your scuba diving skills. The course will equip you with the knowledge and skills to organize diving trips for other divers. You will learn how to use a compass, perform underwater communications, and recognize pre-panic signs. Additionally, you will learn how to take a dive in unfamiliar locations. This course consists of both two open water and a classroom session.


NAUI Enriched Air (Nitrox) Diver

To enhance your diving experience, the NAUI Master Diver Course in Enriched Air (NITX). The course covers many aspects related to enriched air diving, such as how to mix Nitrox or oxygen. Students will learn to analyze the air mixture, how nitrogen and oxygen work together, and what hazards can be expected when handling each gas. In addition, they'll learn the concept of Equivalent Air Depth and common gas mixing techniques. As the prerequisite to using the enriched water mix, an open water diver may take the enriched Air course.

NAUI Rescue Scuba Diver

The courses required to become a NAUI Rescue Scuba Diver Master Diver Instructor are necessary in order to realize your dream. This certification is a prerequisite for taking the NAUI FIT class, which prepares one to become a professional NAUI Instructor/Leader. Start by taking the Try Scuba course. This program teaches you the skills and knowledge necessary to safely dive in open waters.

NAUI First Aid Course

NAUI First Aid for master divers will teach you how to respond to all kinds of emergencies that could occur in the water. This course provides refresher sessions and valuable information on First Aid standards and best practices. NAUI First Aid training will provide you with all the information necessary to be able to react quickly to any emergency. It is hands-on and allows you to apply the skills you have learned in the classroom.
